Dmarkable Expanding Again - Search Engine Optimiser(s) Wanted
Dmarkable is a growing Internet Marketing agency and is part of the highly successful and long established Beattie Communications Group. We have exciting new clients in the pipeline and are seeking forward thinking Search Engine Optimisers to join our expanding team. Successful individuals will join the team at a stage where their input will be highly valued and their enthusiasm can make a real difference.
You will have responsibility for maximising clients ranking position on the major search engines. The role encompasses all aspects of a search engine marketing campaign to maximise search engine visibility for a wide portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities will include day-to-day management and implementation of search marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click strategies, SEO, link building campaigns, and website conversion analysis.
Role Tasks
- Perform SEO analysis of clients, their competitors and market sector.
- Devise and manage ongoing optimisation campaigns
- Analyse, identify and resolve of all aspects of the client's website relating to on-page technical and usability issues
- Configure tracking and monitor/improve conversion rates
- Create, manage and monitor PPC campaigns (Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing)
- Create off-page link building strategies and deliver
- Benchmark campaign performance and devise appropriate actions for maintaining and increasing visibility
- Produce campaign reports
Core skills
- 1+ years commercial experience as a Search Engine Optimiser delivering SEO, PPC and wider scope Internet marketing strategies
- Knowledge of natural/organic search engine optimisation tactics and how web metrics are tracked
- An ability to analyse changes in the search algorithms and understand how to re-engineer website content and structure to stay up-to-date
- Have experience of various SEO tools inc web positioning software and keyword analysis
- Experience of previous success in managing and improving SEO and PPC campaign performance an advantage
- Ability to programme websites in languages such as HTML with CSS , asp, .Net, php and experience of SQL databases
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with strong organisational skills
